Terms of Use for This Publication

This page explains what kind of site this is and what a reader can expect when using it. It describes only what the build of this site verifies, and it names no company, no jurisdiction and no complaints process because none of those exist in the build.

What is this site and what happens when a link is clicked?

This site is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Nothing a reader does here can create, submit, change or delete anything, because there is no mechanism to accept input in the first place.

This site runs no gambling service of its own. Clicking an operator link never opens the operator directly. It first reaches an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and passes the visitor on to the operator's own tracking address, which then leads to a destination outside this domain. The build defines ten such redirect rules, and every one of them is marked as a sponsored link that opens in a separate tab. The moment that redirect completes, the reader is on someone else's site, under someone else's terms, and this page has nothing further to say about what happens there.

The list of pages on this site is fixed at build time: the sitemap names a single address, so there is no wider set of pages hiding behind it. Every page states a publication and modification date, and the modification date matches the date the sitemap itself publishes, so a reader can see when this exact wording was issued. All styles, scripts, fonts and images load from this domain, so nothing else is contacted while a page is on screen. A request for an address that does not exist here returns a page marked to be ignored by search engines and indexers, which sends the visitor straight back to the home page rather than showing an invented page.

What can this page not promise a reader?

Because there is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything, nothing on this site can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no content submitted by a visitor exists to be governed. Because the build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form, this page cannot offer a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to deal with. Readers who need those things should look for them on the destination they are redirected to, since any relationship formed by following a sponsored link begins and continues there, not on this page.
